Junior (2011):
Competed in the Eagles' first five events of the season ... Came through with a career-best 8K time of 27:12 that was good for second among Emory performers and 19th overall out of 94 runners at the JSU Foothills Invitational ... Posted an 8K outing of 27:20 that ranked 25th overall out of 133 contestants at the Berry College Invitational ... Also competed at the Sewanee Invitational, Griak Invitational and the UW-Oshkosh/Brooks Invitational.

Sophomore (2010):
Ran in five of the team's seven meets ... Turned in a then career-best 8k time of 27:16 that paced the Emory contingent and ranked 10th overall out of 113 runners at the Berry College Invitational ... Registered a 27:49, his second-best 8k time, at the Greater Louisville Classic ... Crossed the finish line in 24th place overall out of 104 contestants at the Sewanee Invitational ... Competed at the UAA Championships.

Freshman (2009):
Competed in four events ... Was the team's No. 5 runner and finished 12th out of 68 entries at the Quaker Invitational (Oct. 17) with an 8K time of 28:32 ... Season-best effort came at the Foothills Invitational when he clocked a 27:58 ... Also took to the course at the Sewanee Invitational (Sept. 5) and UGA Invitational.

Prior to Emory: Competed on both the cross country and track teams at Parkview High School ... Ran a 4:32 in the 1600 meters his senior year ... In 2008 he recorded a 5K mark of 17:02 ... Was a member of the 2009 Class 5A state championship track and field team .... Was coached by James Tigue ... Also played soccer as a prep.
