Junior (2011):
Took part in three events ... Best 8K outing of the year was a career-best 28:07, good for 40th place out of 133 entries, at the Berry College Invitational ... Also competed at the Sewanee Invitational (31:01) and the JSU Foothills Invitational (28:24).

Sophomore (2010):
Took part in four meets ...  Clocked a then personal-best 8K time of 28:30 took place at the Royal Cross Country Challenge ... No. 4 Emory finisher and 41st overall out of 89 entries at the JSU Foothills Invitational (29:51) ... Also ran at the Sewanee Invitational and the Berry College Invitational.

Freshman (2009):
Hit the trail in three events ... Turned in a season-best time of 28:42 at the Foothills Invitational (Oct. 10) ... Finished 27th out of 68 runners at the Quaker Invitational with a time of 29:35.

Prior to Emory: Earned four letters in cross country and a total of 12 at Floyd Kellam high School when factoring in both indoor and outdoor track ... Was coached by Bill Bernard ... Served as a captain his junior and senior seasons ... Was named co-MVP of the cross country team on two occasions ... Helped the cross country team to back-to-back regular season titles as a junior and senior ... Landed all-district recognition as a cross country performer three times ... All-district honoree during the indoor track season ... 2008 Foot Locker South All-Senior Race Team member.
