Junior (2012):
Was named Emory's Most Improved Runner ... Scored for the Eagles in all six of the competitions he took part in ... Captured all-region honors after finishing second on the team and 25th out of 160 runners at the NCAA South/Southeast Championships with an 8K mark of 26:56 ... Registered a career-best 8K time of 26:19 at the UAA Championships ... Clocked a 27:02 at the Gibson Family Pre-Nationals, 82nd out of 376 entries ... Helped the squad to a first-place finish at the Gulf Coast Stampede, crossing the finish line fourth among the Emory contingent and 16th out of 93 contestants, with an 8K showing of 27:08.

Sophomore (2011):
Took to the course in six of the team's eight meets ... Ranked among the Eagles' top-five finishers on four occasions ... Crossed the finish line first on the squad and 13th overall at the Berry College Tournament with a career-best 8K time of 26:40 ... Tied that career-best mark at the UW-Oshkosh/Brooks Invitational, posting a runner-up spot on the team and 122nd out of 434 contestants ... No. 2 in the Eagles' pack and 43rd out of 331 runners at the Griak Invitational (26:50).

Freshman (2010):
Ran in six of seven meets during his initial campaign ... Named the team's Rookie of the Year ... Finished among the squad's top-five performers in five competitions and turned in a pair of top-three showings ... Came through with a season-best 8k time of 26:44 at the Royal Cross Country Challenge ... No. 4 Eagle to cross the finish line at the prestigious Greater Louisville Classic (26:52) ... Third on the team and 15th out of 113 entries at the Berry College Invitational  (27:20) ... No. 3 Emory finisher at the UAA Championships.

High School:
Earned three varsity letters at Hunterdon Central Regional High School where he was coached by Ludwick Lubaszka ... Served as his team's captain as a senior ... Best 5K time was 16:36 while his best showing in the 1600 meters was 4:26 ... Captured conference, county and area honors on two occasions ... Named team MVP in cross country in 2008 after helping his team to a country crown ... In 2007, his squad captured sectional and conference championships.
