Ran in six events ... Scored for the team by ranking fourth in the pack and 14th overall out of 132 entries at the 8K Viking Open with a season-best tying effort of 27:31 ... Clocked a 27:31 at the Gibson Family Pre-Nationals ... 28th in a 93-runner field at the Gulf Coast Stampede with an 8K performance of 27:49 ... Competed at the UAA Championships.

Freshman (2011):
Took part in for competitions ... Season-best 8K time of 26:55 was No. 3 on the team and 17th overall out of 133 runners at the Berry College Invitational ... Fourth on the squad and 15th out of 118 entries at the season-opening Sewanee Invitational (28:01) ... Also raced at the Griak Invitational and UW-Oshkosh Invitational.

High School:
Four-year member of the cross country and track programs at Cheltenham High School ... Was coached by Tom Sexton ... First-team all-league selection his junior and senior seasons ... Qualifed for the cross country state championships his final year, the first Cheltenham runner to accomplish that feat in four years ... At the state championships, he covered the 3.1 mile course in 16:14, good for 25th place out of 416 entries ... Named team MVP as a senior ... Top time in the 1600 meters was a 4:28.
