Ranked among the Eagles' top five runners on two occasions including the JSU Foothills Invitational (Oct. 5) where he paced the Emory pack with a career-best 8k time of 27:02, good for 15th place overall out of 67 runners ... Emory's No. 3 finisher and 12th out of 132 contestants at the Viking Open (Oct. 13) with an 8k showing of 27:20 ... Also took part in the UAA Championships (Oct. 27), Gulf Coast Stampede (Sept. 22) and the Georgia State Invitational (Sept. 8).

Freshman (2011):
Took to the course in five meets his rookie season ... Top 8K performance was a 27:26 that placed him sixth among the Eagles' contingent and 80th overall out of 309 runners at the Southeast Classic ... Clocked a 27:30, 28th out of 133 entries, at the Berry College Invitational ... Also competed  in the Sewanee Invitational (29:28), Griak Invitational (28:03) and JSU Foothills Invitational (27:41).
