Junior (2011-12):
Despite being slowed by various ailments, he still managed to rank among Emory's top-five finishers in all four of his competitions and was top three on three occasions ... Highlight of the year saw him earn all-region acclaim after coming in second on the team and 10th overall out of 174 runners at the NCAA South/Southeast Championships with a season-best 8K time of 26:41 ... No. 2 Emory performer at the UAA Championships (26:59) ... Recipient of the program's Coach's Award, symbolic of dedication, leadership and inspiration.  

Sophomore (2010-11):
Named the team's MVP ... Competed in six of the squad's seven competitions and was the Eagles' top runner in five meets including the UAA and the NCAA South/Southeast Regional Championships ... Earned All-South/Southeast Regional honors after pacing the Emory pack and crossing the finish line in 30th place out of 156 runners with a time of 26:34 ... Recorded a personal-best 8k time of 25:47 at the Royal Cross Country Challenge that ranked first on the team and 46th out of 202 entries ... Helped Emory to a first-place finish in the season-opening Sewanee Invitational, covering the course in a time of 27:15 that placed sixth out of 104 contestants ... Earned a berth on the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team.

Freshman (2009-10):
Fine rookie campaign that saw him compete in five races ... Was the No. 4 Emory runner and crossed the finish line in 22nd place out of 62 entries at the UGA Invitational (Sept. 19) with a time of 28:46 ... Was the No. 6 Eagle and came in 84th out of 370 runners at the Griak Invitational (Sept. 26), clocking in with an effort of 27:41 ... Was named the team's Rookie of the Year Award winner.

Prior to Emory
: Earned four letters in cross country and track at West Windsor-Plainsboro North High School .... Was coached by Brian Gould ... Top 5K time was a 16:36 his senior year ... Posted an 800 meter time of 1:57 ... During his prep career he was the recipient of his team's Sportsmanship and Most Improved Runner Awards ...
