Junior (2013):
Ran in seven competitions ... Scored for Emory in five events ... Came away with all-region honors after finishing 32nd overall out of 174 runners at the NCAA South/Southeast Championships with a personal-best 8K time of 26:11 ... Fourth Eagle to finish at the NCAA D-III Championships ... Posted an effort of 26:38 at the UAA Championships that represented his second-fastest 8K mark and that ranked fourth on the squad ... USTFCCCA All-Academic honoree ... Topped an 8K pack of 48 runners in the Green Race at the Charlotte Invitational (27:12). 

Sophomore (2012):
Saw action in six meets ... Captured all-region honors after finishing fourth on the team and 33rd out of 160 runners at the NCAA South/Southeast Championships with an 8K mark of 27:00 ... Clocked a personal-best 8k effort of 26:47 at the UAA Championships ... Squad's No. 6 performer and 104th out of 376 entries at the Gibson Family Pre-Nationals with a showing of 27:13 ... Also competed in the Sewanee/Berry Invitational (30:48), the Georgia State Invitational (22:50/6K) and the Gulf Coast Stampede (27:49).

Freshman (2011):
Was a regular member of the racing pack his rookie season, competing in seven events ... Top 8K time of the year was a 26:56.7 performance at the Berry College Invitational, good for fourth place among Emory runners and 18th overall in the 133-runner field ... Posted a 27th-place effort out of 94 entries at the JSU Foothills Invitational with an 8K performance of 27:13.7 ... Was part of the Emory contingent that competed at the NCAA South/Southeast Regional Championships.
