Senior (2013):
Solid final campaign with the Eagles that saw him earn team Most Valuable Runner honors ... Scored in all seven of the competitions that he took part in and ranked among Emory's top three runners on five occasions ... Helped the Eagles to a third-place finish out of 16 teams by leading the squad and placing 10th overall out of 115 runners in the Gold Race of the Charlotte Invitational with a personal-best 8K time of 25:56 ... Captured all-region kudos after clocking a 25:59, his second-best 8K effort, good for 24th position out of 174 contestants at the NCAA South/Southeast Championships ... First Eagle to cross the finish line and posted a 22nd-place peformance in the 283-runner field at the 8K Oberlin Inter-Regional Rumble (26:03) ... USTFCCCA All-Academic honoree.

Junior (2012):
Scored for the Eagles in five of the six competitions he took part in ... Finished as among the team's top four finishers on four occasions ... Helped Emory to a first-place finish by placing third in the Eagles' pack and ninth out of 93 entries at the 8K Gulf Coast Stampede (26:50) ... Came through with a then personal-best 8K time of 26:17 at the UAA Championships ... Was the squad's final scorer at the NCAA South/Southeast Regional Championships ... No. 3 on the team and 22nd in the 134-runner field at the season-opening Sewanee/Berry Invitational.

Sophomore (2011):
First-year member of the cross country program who earned the team's Most Improved Runner award ... Key contributor to the squad throughout the year, finishing among the Eagles' top-five finishers in four of his six competitions ... Brought home all-region honors after posting a 32nd-place peformance out of 174 runners with a time of 27:34 ... Second on the team and 15th overall out of 133 entries at the Berry College Invitational with a season-best 8K time of 26:47 ... Emory's final scorer at the Griak Invitational, finishing 88th out of 331 runners (27:27).

Emory Track (2010-11):
Competed on the 2010-11 Emory track and field team ... Ran at the Niswonger Invitational and the Orange and Purple Classic during the indoor season ... Competed in the Emory Classic in the outdoor campaign.

Prior to Emory:
Competed in cross country and track and field while at La Jolla Country Day School... Recorded career-best times of 10:00 in the two-mile run, and 17:04 in the 5,000-meter run... Helped his team to four CIF San Diego Division 4 Championships... Coached by Scott Sanders... Also played soccer in high school.
