Freshman (2013):
Competed in three events ... Top 8K time was a 27:29 at the UAA Championships ... No. 1 Emory finisher and 39th out of 320 runners in the Silver Division Race at the Greater Louisville Classic with a time of 27:42 ... Also took part in the Oberlin Inter-Regional Rumble. 

High School:
Four-year competitor in cross country and track and field at Episcopal High School ... Served as team captain his senior year ... Big senior campaign saw him lead his high school team to its 17th straight cross country state title with his first-place performance in the AA championship ... Captured all-state honors in cross country ... All-metro in cross country and was named the All-Baton Rouge Runner of the Year ... Indoor track state champion in the 3200 meters and was on the 4x800 relay team that finished first ... During the outdoor track season, he was the state champion in the 1600, 3200 and 800 meters ... Was named Episcopal HS's Male Athlete of the Year in 2013 ... Academic All-State.
