Junior (2014):
Competed in five races ... His personal-best effort of 26:54 placed him seventh on the team and 18th out of 58 entries at the JSU Foothills Invitational ... Second-best time of the year was a 27:36 that slotted him 22nd out of 62 runners at the Gulf Coast Stampede ... Was one of the Emory contestants at the UAA Championships ... Also raced at the Oberlin Inter-Regional Rumble and the Furman Classic. 

Sophomore (2013):
Ran in four meets ... Top 8K performance was a 27:28 that ranked seventh on the team and 51st out of 142 competitors at the Furman Classic ... Scored for the Eagles in the Green Race at the Charlotte Invitational, finishing fourth in the pack and fifth overall out of 48 entries with a time of 27:56 ... Saw action in the Sewanee Invitational and in the Silver Race at the Louisville Classic where he ranked second on the squad and 53rd out of 320 contestants (27:59). 

High School:
Competed in both cross country and track and field at Oak Park and River Forest High School ... Served as his cross country team's captain his junior year ... Was coached by Jose Sosa and Abel Reyes ...  Top cross country performance was a three-mile time of 15:38 ... Brought home all-conference honors in cross country in 2010 ... West Suburban Silver Conference All-Academic Team in 2011 ... Clocked a 4:42 in the 1600 meters in 2012.
