Sophomore (2014):
Ran in all eight Emory competitions ... Came through with a personal-best 8K time of 26:23 at the NCAA D-III Championships ... Squad's No. 6 runner and captured all-region honors after crossing the finish line in the No. 28 position out of 201 entries at the NCAA South/Southeast Championships in a time of 26:31, his second-best 8K effort ... Scored in two events ... Fourth among the Emory contingent and 12th out of 58 runners at the JSU Foothills Invitational (26:32) ... Fifth on the team and 18th out of 62 runners at the Gulf Coast Stampede (27:27) ... USTFCCCA All-Academic Team. 

Freshman (2013):
Competed in seven races ... Top 8K time was a 26:50 at the Furman Classic that placed fourth on the team and 37th out of 142 runners ... Ranked sixth among the Emory pack at the UAA Championships, clocking a time of 26:58 that represented his second-best 8K time of the campaign ... Emory's final scorer at the NCAA D-III Championships ... Fourth on the team and placed 97th out of 289 runners at the Greater Louisville Classic (27:15).

High School:
Three-time letterwinner in both cross country and track and field at Bentonville High School ... Was coached by Mike Power ... All-state honoree in cross country in 2011 and 2012 ... Garnered all-conference acclaim in cross country and track on three occasions ...  Helped his high school program to three 7A state championships ... As a senior, he finished fourth overall in the 7A state championship with a 5000 meter time of 16:12 ... In 2011, he crossed the finished line in 10th place at the state championship ... Top mark in the 3200 meters was a 9:53 ... Also competed on the swimming and diving team.
