Sophomore (2014):
Competed in the team's opening four meets of the year ... Registered a personal-best 8K effort of 27:14 at the JSU Foothills Invitational that placed 24th out of 58 entries ... 27th in a 62-runner field at the Gulf Coast Stampede (27:53) ... Also raced at the season-opening Berry Clara Bowl Invitational (28:56) and the Furman Classic (27:55).

Freshman (2013):
Took part in three competitions ... Best 8K mark came at the Furman Classic where his 27:49 ranked 56th overall out of 142 entries ... Ran in the Green Race at the Charlotte Invitational and clocked a 28:32 that placed 10th in the 48-runner field ... Also raced in the Sewanee Invitational. 

High School:
Member of the cross country and track and field teams at Princeton High School ... Served as team captain his senior year ... Was coached  by James Smirk ... Clocked a 4:23 in the indoor 1600 meters ... Finished second in the 800 meters at the Mercer County Indoor Championships ... Turned in a 1:57 in the 800 meters hs junior year
