Sophomore (2014):
Emerged as a key contributor for the Eagles ... Selected as the program's Most Improved Runner ... Scored in all eight races ... Personal-best 8k performance of 25:41 led the squad and ranked sixth out of 201 runners, enabling him to capture all-region honors at the NCAA South/Southeast Championships ... The Eagles' No. 4 finisher at the NCAA Championships with a performance of 25:56 that represented his second-best mark ... Second on the team and ninth overall in a 62-runner field at the Gulf Coast Stampede (26:46) ... Capital One Cross Country/Track and Field Academic All-District Team ... USTFCCCA All-Academic Team. 

Freshman (2013):
Competed in two meets ... Clocked a season-best 8K time of 28:29 in the Silver Race of the Greater Louisville Classic that placed fourth on the squad and 77th out of 320 entries ... Also raced at the Sewanee Invitational. 

High School:
Earned four letters in both cross country and track and field at Mills High School ... Was coached by Tim Tuff ... Top time in the 1600 meters was a 4:21 .. Came through with a 5K performance of 16:16 ... Was named his high school's Athlete of the Year in 2013 ... Scholar Athlete as a senior.
