Junior (2015):
Competed in five meets ... Turned in a personal-best 8K time of 27:19 at the JSU Foothills Invitational that ranked 14th out of 47 runners ... Scored as the Eagles No. 5 runner at the Berry Invitational, recording a mark of 29:01 ... Also raced at the Charlotte Invitational (28:45), the Furman Classic (30:38) and the four-mile Emory-Berry Watermelon Run.

Sophomore (2014):
Competed in three races ... Season-best effort of 28:25 came at the JSU Foothills Invitational ... Also ran at the Furman Classic (28:47) and the Gulf Coast Stampede (29:04). 

Freshman (2013):
Ran in three events ... Posted a season-best 8K performance at 28:07 in the Green Race at the Charlotte Invitational that ranked fifth on the team and sixth overall out of 48 competitors ... Saw action at the Sewanee Invitational and in the Silver Race at the Greater Louisville Classic. 

High School:
Three-time letterwinner in cross country and track and field at Staples High School ... Was coached as a prep by Laddio Lawrence and Malcolm Watson ... Team captain of both the cross country and track and field teams his senior season ... First team all-county in cross country his senior year ... In track, he was on the 4x800 relay team that finished second in the county and fifth at the state championship ... Top 5k time was a 16:36 as a senior ... Clocked a 9:57 in the 3200 meters his junior year.
