Sophomore (2019):
Race in five events ... Played a scoring role in one compeition, the UTC Twilight Meet, where his 7K effort of 22:46 was good enough for 28th out of 96 runners and fourth on the team ... Posted a season and personal-best at the Rhodes Invitational (26:14) which ranked 46th out of 213 runners ... Also participated in the Louisville Classic Blue (26:22, 107th out of 515) and the Berry Invitational (27:47, 65th out of 186 runners).

Freshman (2018):
Took to the course for three meets ... Was the first Emory runner to cross the finish line and 19th out of 213 entries at the Berry Invitational with a season-best 8K effort of 26:25 ... Raced at the UAA Championships and turned in a time of 27:42 ... Also took part in the Watermelon Run (27:02). 

High School:
Four-year competitor in cross country and track and field at Saint Ignatius High School ... Was coached by Michael Gallagher ... Served as team captain in 2017 ... Top 5,000-meter effort was a 16:10 ... Helped St. Ignatius to a 2016 cross country state championship ... Turned in a time of 4:22 in the 1,600 meters ... National Merit Commended Scholar.
