Senior (2021):

Competed at two meets… Matched his personal record time at the Alexander Asics Invitational where his time of 27:37 saw him finish 93^rd out of 237 runners… Also competed at the Converse Kickoff (29:03) where he finished in 124^th in the field of 174 runners… Was named to the UAA Fall All-Academic Team.

Junior (2019):
Saw action in three races ... Registered a personal best 8K time of 27:37 at the Berry Invitational that ranked 58th out of 186 entries ...  Also took part in the 8K JSU Foothills Invitational (28:28, 72nd out of 211) and the 4K Struts Opener (17:04, 69th out of 159).

Sophomore (2018):
Competed in four events ... Top 8K performance was a 30:31 at the Berry Invitational ... Registered a 30:34 at the Bobcat Invitational ... Also took part in the Watermelon Run (31:27) and the 7K JSU Foothills Invitational (26:59).

Freshman (2017):
Did not see any meet action.

High School:
Competed four years in track and field and three in cross country while at Pope John XXIII ... Was coached by Brian Corcoran ... Served as team captain ... Best 1,600-meter time was a 4:30 ... Clocked a 1:57 in the 800 meters ... Member of the 4x800 and 4x400-meter relay teams in high school ... State champion in the 800 meters and the 1,000 meters ... Three-time First Team All-Academic honoree.
