Senior (2022):

• 2022 USTFCCCA All-Academic Honors
• 2022 UAA Fall All-Academic Honors
• Registered a time of 25:03 good for a season-best at the Paul Short Run and finished 66th out of 403 runners
• Took home a 10th place finish out of 99 athletes at the Julius Johnson Invitational (26:16)
• Finished with a time of 25:25 at the UAB Classic to take 31st
• Also helped the Eagles with the UAA Championship with a time of 25:57 and a 41st place finish
• Placed 19th at the Regional Championships with a time of 26:34

Junior (2021):

Emerged as a primary contributor for the Eagles, scoring in four of the seven meets he competed in… Set a new personal best time at the Louisville Sports Commission Classic where he ran in 25:35 to place fifth for the Eagles and in 45^th overall… Earned All-Region status for his 15^th place finish at the NCAA South Regional Championships (26:08)… Finished fourth for the Eagles and 28^th overall at the UAA Championships (26:39)… Finished just shy of his personal record at the NCAA DIII Championships (25:36) to finish in 207^th of 289 runners… Turned in a scoring performance for the Eagles at the Converse Kickoff where his time of 26:19 saw him finish in 16^th out of 174… Also competed in the UAB Classic (26:27) and the 7200m Emory vs. Oglethorpe Dual Meet (25:37)… Was named to the UAA Fall All-Academic Team… Was named a 2021 USTFCCCA Academic All-American.

Freshman (2019):
First year in the program saw him compete in five meets ... Scored for the Eagles on two occasions ... Top 8K time took place at the Rhodes Invitational when his 26:46 ranked him 64th out of 213 runners ... Squad's No. 2 finisher and finished 14th on the leader board out of 211 entries after posting a 26:48 at the JSU Foothills Invitational ... Posted a 7K effort of 22:26 at the UTC Twilight that was good for third on the team and 17th out of 96 runners ... Turned in an 8K performance of 26:55 at the Berry Invitational that garnered a 32nd-place finish out of 186 hopefuls.

High School:
Competed on the cross country and track teams, earning eight letters in the process ... Was coached by Andrew Garvey ... Best 5K effort was a 15:59 ... Recorded a personal-best 1,600-meter mark of 4:18 ...Division II state runner-up in cross country, 800 meters and 1,600 meters ... WIAA Scholar-Athlete Award ...
