Senior (2005):
The senior outfielder earned a spot on the all-conference team for the third straight season, receiving second-team honors. In the conference tournament, the co-captain batted .391 with a .652 slugging percentage. She ends her Emory career in the top 10 in school history in several offensive career categories, including batting average, slugging percentage, runs, doubles, home runs, RBI and total bases. For the season, Nicol was second on the team in doubles, third in RBI, and fourth in slugging percentage. In her career she helped lead Emory to two conference championships, two NCAA regional championships, and two NCAA World Series appearances.

Junior (2004):
Nicol was named first team all-conference for the second time and was named to the all-tournament team at the NCAA regionals. She finished 28th in the nation in Division III for most walks. Nicol led Emory with a .625 batting average in the NCAA regional championships, the second-highest average ever by an Emory player in the NCAA regionals. In conference play, Nicol batted .360 and led Emory with three doubles. On the season, Nicol led Emory in RBIs and walks. A second-team all-America selection in 2003, Nicol ranks in Emory's top 10 all time in most career offensive categories. She was named UAA Player of the Week May 10.

Sophomore (2003):
Nicol made the All-America second team at catcher, becoming the second All-American in school history. She also was voted to the all-region and all-conference first teams. In the final NCAA Division III statistics, Nicol was 15th in the nation for RBI, 17th in slugging percentage and 40th in batting average. Nicol is the first Eagle to top .800 in slugging percentage for a single season-she finished at .808. Nicol's six home runs also established a new school single-season record, and her 46 RBI were just one off the current school mark. Nicol's batting average (.452) was the fifth-highest ever for a single season at Emory and her on-base percentage eighth highest. Despite missing all of the postseason with a knee injury, Nicol led Emory in home runs, RBI and slugging percentage. She was second on the team in batting average, total bases, doubles, and triples, third in on-base percentage, and fourth in runs scored. Nicol was perfect on six steal attempts. Nicol led the team with 14 multi-RBI games, including two 4-RBI games. She registered a 14-game hitting streak to tie for the team lead this season. Nicol batted .500 (9-for-18) at the conference tournament with two home runs, a double, eight RBI and 10 runs scored in eight games. She hit a home run and a 2-RBI single to key an 8-5 come-from-behind victory against Washington (Mo.) in the opening game of the conference tournament. Nicol batted .667 (10-for-15) over her final four games of the year with five runs scored and eight RBI. She split playing time between catcher and second base. In just two seasons, Nicol ranks in the Emory top five all-time in six major offensive categories.

Freshman (2002):
Nicol became the first Eagle ever to finish the season with a perfect 1.000 fielding percentage (minimum 50 chances). She cleanly handled all 93 chances, primarily as a right fielder. She was fourth on the team with 12 multi-hit games and ended with a .345 batting average. Nicol was 5-for-5 in the first two games of the NCAA national finals and finished with a .500 average for the tournament. In the regular season, she had a 4-for-4 performance with three runs scored and five runs batted in against Agnes Scott (Ga.).
