Senior (2022):

Having already proved she was one of the top offensive talents in the division, Ryan took it a step further this year slotting into a starting pitching role where she thrived proving she was a multi-faceted star… Played in all of the Eagles 38 games, drawing a starting assignment in each of them… Earned her third All-UAA selection as a member of the All-UAA Second Team… Earned three UAA Athlete of the Week selections… Finishes her career with the sixth-highest on-base percentage in program history (.474)… At the close of her career she also finished in the top ten in program history in most home runs (12) and doubles (34)… Turned 30 double plays over the course of her career which sits as the best mark by any Eagle in program history… Led the team in batting average and total hits with marks of .373 and 41, respectively… A big-time power hitter, Ryan turned in a team-leading 13 doubles and six home runs… For the first time in her career, Ryan led Emory in total RBI registering 30 over the course of the season… Ryan stepped in as a pitcher for the first time in her career appearing in 25 games and starting 20 for the Eagles closing her season with a remarkable record of 14-8… Ryan led the team in every notable pitching category including ERA (5.24), wins (14), opponent batting-average (.289) and shutouts (3)… Pitched 115.0 total innings and struck out 58 batters while giving up 67 earned runs… Ryan had many remarkable games over the course of her career but one of her all-time best came in a win over Central (Mar. 6) in which she had a career-high seven RBI, thanks in large part to a double and a grand slam, which is tied for the fifth most RBI in a game for an Eagle while also pitching a complete game shutout and in doing so gave up just a single hit… The very next game against Covenant (Mar. 11) she went 2-for-2 from the plate with four RBI and two runs scored and also tossed her second consecutive complete game shutout… Matching the program high with three doubles in an extra-innings win over Webster (Mar. 19), Ryan continued to cement herself as one of the most dominant offensive forces in the game… In a mid-March game against regional foe LaGrange (Mar. 13), Ryan tossed another complete game shutout marking her third and final one of the season on a career-high seven strikeouts while also contributing two of the team’s three RBI on offense… Was named to the 2022 UAA Spring All-Academic Team.

Junior (2021):

After a strong sophomore season, Ryan emerged as the top option for the Eagles offense and a vital part of the team’s defense during the 2021 campaign… Played in and drew the starting assignment in all 10 games for the Eagles… Was named to the All-UAA Team as one of the best offensive weapons in the conference… Had an astounding batting average of .545 which would be the highest batting average in a single season in program history if it met the minimum requirement for at-bats… Led the team in hits and runs at 18 and 11, respectively… Recorded a hit in eight of her ten games played… On top of her batting prowess, she was also perfect in the field with a fielding percentage of 1.000… In the first game of the Covid shortened season, a 15-4 win over Covenant (Mar. 11), Ryan went a perfect 5-for-5 in the batter’s box crossing the plate three times herself and driving home an additional run… In a resounding 13-2 victory over Huntingdon (Apr. 7) Ryan posted a season-high two RBI thanks to her lone home run of the season.

Sophomore (2020):
Started all 12 of Emory's contests at first base ... Hit .306 (11-36) with nine RBIs ... Led the team with six doubles ... Was successful on handling 73 of her 74 chances in the field ... Second on the squad with nine walks ... Two games with two or more hits and with two or more RBIs ... Picked up three hits in four plate appearances and drove in a run against Lynchburg (Feb. 29) ... Opposite-field double in the bottom of the third scored Sarah Katz and Sami Feller with the team’s second and third runs in a 7-0 win over Covenant College (Mar. 3) ... Tied a school record with three doubles and added a pair of RBIs in a 12-0 win over LeTourneau (Mar. 6).

Freshman (2019):
Impressive first year in the program saw her finish as one of three players to have started all 53 games ... Named the UAA Rookie of the Year ... Ended the year with a hitting mark of .340 (49-of-144), with her hit total fourth on the club ... Second on the squad and in the UAA with 38 RBIs ... Socked a team-high five home runs, tying for fourth among UAA players ... Squad-best 13 doubles slotted her fourth on the UAA ladder ... Fourth on the team with 15 multi-hit games and was second with 11 contests of two or more RBIs ... 2-run homer in the top of the fourth wiped out a 1-0 deficit and accounted for all of the team’s scoring in a 2-1 victory over Trine (May 24) in the NCAA D-III Championships ... Two-hit, two-RBI contest in 10-8 winner-take-all contest vs. Lynchburg in the NCAA Super Regional included a solo homer in the top of the seventh that closed out the Eagles’ scoring ... NCAA Demorest Regional all-Tournament Team ... 4-for-4 and drove in a run in an eight-inning winner-take-all victory over Piedmont (May 13) at the NCAA Demorest Regional ... 2-for-4 in the batter’s box with three ribbies, which included a two-run single in the top of the 11^th that ignited a six-run outburst, in the Eagles 7-2 win over Transylvania (May 12) in an elimination game of the NCAA Demorest Regional ... One-out double in the top of the sixth scored Sarah Katz and Sami Feller home with the tying and game-winning runs in a 3-2 victory over Brandeis (Apr. 28) in the first game of a doubleheader that clinched the UAA title ... Accounted for the GWRBI with a two-out double in the bottom of the fifth scored Cassie Baca, snapping a 3-3 deadlock in a 4-3 Emory win over NYU (Apr. 14) ... Named UAA Hitter of the Week (Apr. 8) after hitting .455 (5-for-11), scoring four runs and registering a team-high eight RBIs in helping the Eagles to three wins in a four-game series vs. Washington University (Apr. 6-7) ... In the final two games of the series vs. Wash U she hit three homers and totaled eight ribbies, sparking the Eagles to a pair of run-rule victories – blasted a two-out, two-run homer in the top of the fourth, staking the Eagles to a 2-0 edge, and then delivered another two-run shot as part of a five-run seventh inning as the Eagles prevailed by a 9-0 count ... In a 13-3 triumph vs. Wash U, she picked up four RBIs, the final two coming on a two-run homer in the fourth that pushed Emory to an 11-3 cushion ... Finished with two hits, including a two-run double that scored the first two of a four-run second inning in the Eagles’ 6-2 win over Carnegie Mellon (Mar. 29) ... 2-for-2 in the box with one run scored and one RBI in a five-inning, 8-0 triumph over Berry College (Mar. 27) ... Came through with a sacrifice fly in the bottom of the sixth that plated Greta Wilker with the game-winning run in a 2-1 come-from-behind win over Emory and Henry (Mar. 13) … Accounted for two of the team’s seven hits in the first game of a twinbill vs. Maryville (Mar. 10) … Collected three hits in four plate appearances and registered two RBIs, one coming on a single in the top of the first that scored Cassie Baca and other on a two-bagger that plated Natalie Arreguin during a three-run seventh in an 8-3 victory over Maryville (Mar. 10) ... 427 putouts placed her 12th on the school's seasonal list.

High School:
Played softball for four seasons while at Marist High School ... Team captain as a senior ... Was coached by Mike Trapani ... Hit .550 her final campaign ... Member of teams that captured four region titles ... Marist recorded a fifth-place finish in the 2017 state tournament ... Garnered 7-AAAA All-Region accolades her final year ... As a junior, she helped Marist to a spot in the Class AAAA state semifinals, eventually bringing home the third-place trophy and finishing the year with a 30-5 record ... Closed out her career as Marist's all-time leader in home runs ... Named team MVP ... Also competed in track and field where she threw the shot and discus ... Member of the Dean's List.
