Due the inclement weather in the forecast for the Atlanta area this weekend, the Emory University softball program has announced several changes to the upcoming UAA series with New York University.

The Eagles and Violets are now expected to play a doubleheader at Cooper Field Friday afternoon beginning at 2:00 PM followed by single games at 2:00 PM on Saturday and 12:00 PM on Sunday. Emory plans to honor several members of its alumni Saturday afternoon before holding senior day festivities following the conclusion of play on Sunday.

The Eagles, owners of a 15-15 overall record, enter the weekend series looking to put a halt to its current skid while NYU is coming off a 2-2 series split with WashU and brings a 9-16 record down south.
