Emory Notes
The Eagles are not only trying for the first undefeated regular season in the team's history, but in the history of any Emory team sport… Erica Stein was named the UAA's Defensive Athlete of the Week, marking the first time in her career that she has garnered the honor… Emory was undefeated through the month of October for the first time since 2001, and for just the third time in the program's history… The team has 13 shutouts through 16 games this season, and is one shy of matching the program record for shutouts in a single season… Freshman Emily Feldman has scored 19 points this season (seven goals and five assists), the most by an Emory player since Shayna Bryan in 2008 (eight goals and three assists for 19 points)... Senior Caroline Coates ranks second among all UAA players with four assists in conference games this season… Sophomore Clare Mullins is fourth in the conference with three UAA goals and fifth with six points.
