Emory University junior goalkeeper Liz Arnold made a career-high eight saves during the fifth-ranked Eagles 1-1 double-overtime tie at top-ranked Washington University (Mo.) on Sunday. Arnold played all 110 minutes of the game, allowing just one first half goal to the Bears, who entered the game as the 36th-ranked offensive in Division III. The eight stops passed her previous career high of seven saves in a game, set twice during her career. For the season, Arnold is 6-0-3 with four shutouts, a 0.41 goals-against average and a .882 save percentage. The Eagles remained one of eight undefeated teams in Division III with a 6-0-3 overall record, including a 0-0-1 mark in UAA play.
