Emily Franty

Emory University freshman Emily Franty scored the first two goals of her collegiate career during the 19th-ranked Eagles’ 9-0 win at LaGrange College on Wednesday.  Franty scored her first goal in the 64th minute of the contest off an assist from Chloe Donegan, and followed that just five minutes later with her second goal, coming off an assist from Lindsey Wilson.  She came off the bench in the game to play 37 minutes in the game, leading all players with seven shots and five shots on goal.  Franty and the Eagles improved to 8-1-5 on the season with the win.
