Emory University sophomore Bailey Plummer keyed a defensive effort that led to a 4-0 shutout win over the regionally-ranked University of the South on Sunday, while also assisting on a pair of goals for the seventh-ranked Eagles.  Plummer played all 90 minutes at center back in the game, limiting the Tigers to seven shots and four shots on goal.  Both of her assists came in the second half of the game, one on a Kaitlyn Dorka goal in the 58^th minute, and the other on a Claudia Rowe strike in the 65^th minute.  Plummer has played almost every minute for the Emory defense this season, helping the squad record a pair of shutouts and a 0.45 goals-against average in four games.  The Eagles improved to 2-0-2 on the season with the win.
