Emory University senior Karina Rodriguez scored a pair of goals over two games for the fifth-ranked Eagles last week.  On Tuesday, Rodriguez scored the game-winning goal on a header in the 52^nd minute in the Eagles’ 2-0 victory over Covenant College.  In a conference matchup on Saturday against the 14^th-ranked University of Chicago, the forward cut the visitors’ lead in half with a goal in the 69^th minute, in what was ultimately a 2-1 setback for the Eagles.  She totaled five shots in the two games, three of which were on goal.  Rodriguez is currently tied for the team lead with four goals this season, and is second on the squad with nine points.  With the 1-1-0 record during the week, Emory now stands at 7-1-3 overall for the season, including a 0-1-1 mark in UAA games.
