The women's soccer game between Emory University and Guilford College, scheduled for Saturday, September 9, has been canceled due to inclement weather in the Atlanta area.

Following a brief uniform delay before the scheduled start time, the two teams played just one minute of game action before the first lightning strike hit. The delay lasted approximately 100 minutes before the decision was made to cancel the rest of the game based on the weather forecast.

The Eagles will now turn their attention to the University of Hartford which is set to visit the WoodPEC on Sunday for a 1:00pm kickoff.
