Sophomore (2007-08):
Ciardelli earned the first all-America honors of her career, finishing fourth as part of the 200-yard freestyle relay, and sixth as part of both the 200-yard medley relay and the 400-yard freestyle relay at the NCAA Division III Championships. In addition, she earned an all-America honorable mention with a ninth-place finish in the 100-yard butterfly. Ciardelli was part of Emory's UAA Champion 200- and 400-yard freestyle relays, and the champion 400-yard medley relay team, in addition to earning all-UAA honors in the 50-yard freestyle, 100-yard freestyle, and as part of the 200-yard medley relay. Her time of 56.98 seconds in the 100-fly at the NCAA Championships was the fastest time by an Eagle during the season, and the fourth-fastest time in school history. In addition, she was a top-three Emory performer in three other events during the season. Ciardelli was third on the team with 350.25 points scored during meets.
Freshman (2006-07):
Was a member of the Eagles' University Athletic Association (UAA) Champion 200-freestyle relay team. She also earned all-UAA honors 100-yard butterfly and as part of the 400-freestyle relay team. Ciardelli competed in six different events during her freshman season, earning 237 points, the third-best total on the team.

Prior to Emory :
Participated on a club swim team in high school, where she served as the team captain during her senior year... Was the New Hampshire State Champion and record holder in the 100- and 500-freestyle, the 100-butterfly and as part of the medley relay team... Was a top-10 New England Swimmer... Coached by Brian King in high school... Also participated in crew in high school, earning varsity letters from her sophomore through senior years.
