Emory University junior MacKenzie Brosnahan notched four first-place finishes on Saturday, as the top-ranked Eagles picked up a dual meet victory at the University of the South.  Brosnahan was the top finisher in a pair of individual events, winning the 50-yard freestyle in a time of 24.95 seconds, and the 100-yard freestyle in a mark of 55.18 seconds.  Both times were her fastest of the season in the respective events.  She also contributed to a pair of relay victories, swimming the freestyle leg of Emory’s winning 200-yard medley relay (1:51.56) and the anchor leg of the first-place 200-yard freestyle relay (1:40.08).  Brosnahan contributed 20.75 points towards the Eagles’ team total, helping the squad defeat the University of the South 138-128, and finish the year with an 8-1 record in dual meets.
