Freshman (2012-13):

Sullivan emerged as a key doubles player for the Eagles during her freshman season, earning all-America honors after advancing to the semifinals of the NCAA Championships with partner Gabrielle Clark.  She also claimed all-University Athletic Association (UAA) First Team acclaim for her efforts on the Eagles’ first doubles team.  Sullivan finished the year with an overall record 22-10, including a 17-3 mark in dual matches with Clark as Emory’s top doubles pairing, and a 19-4 overall mark with Clark, including tournament action.  The duo ended the 2013 season as the fourth-ranked pairing in Division III and the second-ranked pair in the Atlantic South Region.  She added a 9-3 record in singles performances during the year, including records of 6-1 in dual matches and 3-0 as the Eagles’ sixth singles player.  In the fall, Sullivan was seeded ninth in the singles draw of the ITA Atlantic South Regional Championships, advancing to the round of 16 before falling to the tournament’s third overall seed.  As the fourth-seeded pair in the doubles draw, she teamed with Madison Gordon to advance to the semifinals before being eliminated by bracket’s eventual champions.  Sullivan added a third-place finish in her singles flight at the Duckworth Fall Classic.
