Emory University Women's Tennis Head Coach Amy Bryant has announced the incoming recruiting class of Samantha Falcon, Ana Perez and Xuanjing Li that will join the Eagles for the 2020-21 season.
Falcon, the lone American of the newcomers, hails from Stamford, CT and owns a four-star rating on tennisrecruiting.com. Falcon currently ranks as the top player in the state of Connecticut, 5th in the New England region and is 154th nationally.
Perez and Li will join the Eagles as international students with Perez coming to Atlanta from Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic and Li as a native of China. Perez stands nationally as one of the top three players in the DR while Li has an ITF Junior Doubles Ranking of 323 and is one of the top players out of Shanghai.
"I am pleased to welcome in this talented group as well as excited to add some more international diversity to our program!" expressed Coach Bryant.
The three-player incoming class all boast Universal Tennis Ratings of nine on the 1-16 scale.
