Emory University senior Alycia Adams set a school record in the 300-meter dash, while facing mostly NCAA Division I competition during the Orange and Purple Winter Classic at Clemson University.  Adams ran a time of 42.06 seconds in the event, finishing 20^th out of 46 runners and breaking a five-year old program record.  She later ran the anchor leg of the Eagles’ 4x400-meter relay team, helping the team to an eighth-place finish with a time of 4:03.67, the sixth-fastest mark in school history.
