Emory University senior Charlotte Diggs recorded the third-best Division III time in the 400-meter hurdles this season, while competing at the Johnson C. Smith Invitational last weekend.  Diggs’ time of 1:02.54 in the event, good for a fourth-place finish, was also the second-fastest mark in school history.  She added a 15^th-place finish in the 100-meter hurdles with a time of 16.49 seconds.
