Emory University senior Alix Dyer won two events at the Emory Classic last weekend. Dyer finished first in the 400-meter dash with a time of 57.71 seconds, the fourth-fastest mark in school history, and eighth-fastest among all Division III competitors this season. She also ran the anchor leg of the Eagles’ 4x400-meter relay, which won the event with a time of 3:53.93, the second-fastest time in school history and fifth-best this year in Division III. Dyer added a fifth-place finish in the 200-meter dash with a time of 25.99 seconds, 36th among D-III competitors. She accounted for 16.5 points during the meet, helping the Eagles to a team victory at the Emory Classic.
