Emory University sophomore Morgan Monroe recorded the best time by an Eagle in the 100-meter hurdles this season, while competing at the War Eagle Invitational at Auburn University on Saturday. Monroe’s time of 15.02 seconds was the second-fastest mark in the University Athletic Association (UAA) and 36th-fastest Division III time this year, in addition to being good for a 28th-place finish at the Division I meet. She was also Emory’s top finisher in the 100-meter dash, finishing 30th with a time of 12.80 seconds.
