Transfered to Emory from the University of Guam, but did not compete on the track and field team... Competed for the John F. Kennedy High School track and field team for three seasons... Was named her school's Female Scholar Athlete of the Year in 2010, and the Most Inspirational Athlete in 2007... Recorded career-best times of 12.92 seconds in the 100-meter dash, 27.51 seconds in the 200-meter dash, 4.6 meters in the long jump, and 10.02 meters in the triple jump... Was coached by Jim Taitano in high school.

Born January 29th... Also played rugby in high school.
