Emory University junior Julie Williamson recorded the ninth-fastest 800-meter run time in Division III this season at the East Tennessee State University Invitational in Johnson City, Tennessee last weekend. Williamson’s time of 2:16.22 was a personal-best mark, and was good for the sixth-fastest time in school history in the event. It was also the third-fastest by a University Athletic Association competitor this season. She also finished second in the unseeded mile run with a time of 5:18.49, the seventh-fastest mark in the UAA this year.
