Six members of the Emory University Women's Track and Field team have been selected to compete in the upcoming NCAA Division III Outdoor Championships from May 24-26 at Roger Harring Stadium at Veterans Memorial Field Sports Complex on the campus of Wisconsin-La Crosse.

Seniors Erica Goldman and Gabrielle Stravach along with juniors Dani Bland and Dilys Osei will compete in individual events while Emory saw both sprint relays also earn berths to the national meet. The 4x100m Relay team will consist of Osei, Bland, Goldman and freshman Rebekah Bondi whereas the 4x400m Relay features Osei, Bland, Goldman and sophomore Kaitlyn Leonard.

The 4x400m Relay enters the meet with the top overall seed time in the 16-team field, owning a Division III leading mark of 3:44.64. The group earned All-America honors during the indoor season, finishing as the national runners-up and were UAA champions in the event at both the indoor and outdoor meets.

Stravach and Osei each added top-five seed times in their respective events with Stravach ranking second in the 1500m Run at 4:28.95 and Osei seeded fourth in the 400m Hurdles at 1:00.84. Stravach garnered All-America acclaim last spring in this event, finishing fifth overall, while this marks the first individual event Osei will run at nationals of her career. She set the school record in the event earlier this month and was the UAA 400m Hurdles champion in April.

Bland is set to run in both the 100m and 200m Dashes, entering with the sixth fastest seed time in both events. She was an All-American in the 100m last year and captured All-America kudos in the 200m at indoor nationals earlier this year. Goldman will also compete individually in the 400m Dash and owns the 11th fastest seed time at 56.03. She was crowned the UAA 400m Dash champion at last month's meet.

Rounding out the Emory selections is the 4x100m Relay, which enters with the sixth fastest seed time at 47.18. The Eagles earned All-America honors last spring in this event, placing fifth overall.

Action from La Crosse, Wisconsin begins on Thursday with the preliminary heats of the 4x100m and 4x400m Relays, 1500m Run, 400m Hurdles and 200m Dash.
