Junior middle Breanah Bourque helped the Eagles
to a 6-0 week as the team raised their overall record to 13-1 on
the year.
The 5-foot-11 Bourque played in15 of the team’s 20 sets,
averaging 3.0 kills, 1.47 digs and 1.20 blocks per set. In
addition, she posted a .392 attack percentage
(45-5—102). In a 3-1 win at No. 14 Cal Lutheran on
Saturday, she hit .448 (13-0—29), while chipping in four digs
and three block assists. In another match contested on the
Cal Lutheran campus, she came up with six total blocks (1-5), seven
digs, seven kills without an error in 15 attack opportunities and a
.467 hitting percentage vs. Claremont-Mudd Scripps. She
racked up 11 terminations, second high on the team, hit .345
(11-1—29) and chalked up four block assists in helping subdue
Division II foe USC-Aiken by a 3-1 count last Tuesday.
