Senior Breanah Bourque was one of two Emory players to earn a spot on the Newport News, Virginia, NCAA Regional. The 5-foot-11 Bourque played in all 12 of the team's sets over three matches and averaged team highs in kills (4.25 kps), attack percentage (.447) and blocks (0.92 bps).
She totaled a career-high 24 terminations and hit .488 (24-4--41), while chipping in five block assists, in a 3-1 decision over No. 23 Juniata before pounding out a match-high 19 kills in the regional finals vs. No. 5 Christopher Newport.
