Jessica Holler

Freshman Jessica Holler turned in a dominant performance at the UAA Round Robin I, helping the No. 4-ranked Eagles to three victories.

The 6-foot-1 Holler played in all nine of the squad's sets and topped the team with a blistering .553 hitting percentage (27-1--47) while playing a key defensive role as well with a 2.33 blocks-per-set showing.  In the opening match of the Round Robin, a 3-0 decision over Carnegie Mellon, Holler was third on the team with nine terminations, hit .500 (9-1--16) and chalked up a match-high seven blocks.  She followed that effort by tying for match honors with 10 kills en route to a .833 attack percentage (10-0--12), and contributing nine blocks (1-8) as the Eagles swept NYU.  In the weekend, finale, a 3-0 verdict over host Case Western Reserve, she compiled a hitting percentage of .421 (8-0--19) and paced all players with five total blocks (1-4).

Jessica's efforts helped Emory raise its overall record to 21-1.
