Freshman middle Jessica Holler helped the Emory volleyball team to a berth in the semifinals of the NCAA D-III Championships.
Holler paced the team in both kills and blocks in contests against
Eastern University and Calvin College. In the quarterfinals
against Eastern, Holler pounded out a match-best 12 terminations en
route to an attack percentage of .435 and finished with seven
blocks (2-5). In the semifinals against Calvin, Holler
recorded nine kills and hit .316. She also produced a
team-high four blocks.
She ended up hitting .390 (21-5--41) in the two matches and
averaged 1.8 blocks over six sets of action.
