Former Emory volleyball standout Jessica Holler joined the program as an assistant coach in 2017. 

Holler landed All-America acclaim all four years as an Eagle (2013 through 2016), earning second-team nods as a freshman and sophomore and first-team accolades her final two campaigns. During her run in the program, she played in 143 matches and logged a total of 499 sets of action.  She held down the No. 2 position on the school's all-time chart with a .385 hitting percentage (1348-308--2269), and ranked ninth in career terminations. A four-time All-UAA First Team honoree, she compiled 66 matches of double-figure kills. A formidable defensive presence, she hung up her uniform in the No. 4 spot on the Eagles' career chart with a 1.03 blocks-per-set average.  Her 516 total blocks slotted her in the No. 2 spot on the program's all-time chart, with her 420 block assists placing second and 96 block solos, good for eighth place.  In addition, she stood 20th all-time at Emory with 127 service aces.  A four-time All-UAA First Team honoree, she was tabbed as the UAA Rookie of the Year (2013).  She was selected to the AVCA All-South Region Team on four occasions and was selected as the UAA Player of the Week 11 times.

She graduated from Emory in May of 2017 with a degree in biology.
