Megan Williams
Title: Assistant Coach

Megan Williams, a two-time All-American, rejoined the volleyball program at Emory University, her alma mater, in Fall 2004.

Williams is the first Emory volleyball player ever named to the All-America first team, a honor that was bestowed upon her at the end of the 2000 season, her senior year. That followed her All-America second-team citation as a junior in 1999. She also is the first Eagle ever to make the All-America team more than once.

Williams was a three-time all-region selection and three-time all-conference honoree. She was the female winner of the school's Bridges Award for the outstanding all-around athlete. She was chosen as Emory's institutional winner of the NCAA Woman of the Year Award.

Williams placed 23rd in the nation among all NCAA Division III players in hitting percentage for the 2000 season. She graduated in third place on the school's all-time list for career kills.

Her senior year, Williams was awarded an NCAA Postgraduate Scholarship, given to the outstanding senior student-athletes who plan to pursue graduate school. She also was chosen for the CoSIDA Academic All-District second team in volleyball, which honors the best student-athletes.

Williams earned her undergraduate degree from Emory's Goizueta Business School and is pursuing a master's degree from the same school. She was a recipient of the Outstanding Marketing Student Award from the American Marketing Association.
