Sophomore Tae Cho was the Eagles top performer at the Emory Spring Invitational, Apr. 12-13, held at the 6,808-yard, par 70 Stonemont Course in Stone, Mountain, Ga.
Emory freshman Tae Cho, playing in his first collegiate event, helped the Emory golf team to an impressive second-place finish out of 17 teams at the OBriant Memorial. Playing at the 7,002-yard, par-70 Cardinal Country Club in Greensboro, NC, Cho registered a 36-hole score of ten-over par 150 (74-76).
Emory senior Shane Miller helped the No. 16-ranked Eagles to a third-place finish out of 16 teams at the Oglethorpe/Royal Lakes Fall Invitational. The 36-hole tournament was held at the 6,835-yard, par-71 Royal Lakes Course in Flowery Branch. Miller opened the event with a career-low round of 67 before posting a 73 to finish with a one-over par 143.
Senior Shane Miller was Emorys top performer at the Greensboro College Invitational (Sept. 28-29), finishing seventh out of 71 players. Miller posted a 36-hole score of one-over par 145 (73-72) as Emory finished eighth out of 13 teams.
Emory sophomore Ryan Dagerman helped the Eagles' golf team to a sixth-place finish out of 20 teams at the season-opening Rhodes College Invitational held in Tunica, Miss.
