Sophomore (2022): 

• 2022 UAA Fall All-Academic Honors
• Competed in three events this season for the Eagles
• Registered a season-best time of 26:09 at the Alexander Asics Invitational for a 21st place finish
• Took home a 17th place finish out of 99 runners at the Julius Johnson Invitational with a time of 26:59
• Finished 107th out of 176 athletes at the UAB Classic (28:08)

Freshman (2021):

Competed in three meets… Registered a season-best time of 27:53 at the Alexander Asics Invitational where he finished in 121^st of 177 runners… Began his season with a 147^th place finish and a time of 29:24 at the Converse Kickoff… Also competed at the Alexander Asics Invitational where he crossed the finish line in 28:27 for a 135^th place finish out of 237 runners.

High School:

Competed in cross country and track for 4 years at the Ranney School… Served as the team captain of the cross country team his freshman through senior year… Served as the team captain of the track team his junior and senior year… Was coached by Tara Hudson and Ron Crocker… His top time in the 400M event was 51.69 and came in 2021… Posted a 1:56.4 in the half-mile event… Recorded a personal best of 4:31 in the mile in 2021… Shared 3^rd place in conference in cross country… Named Valedictorian of his class.

Personal:

Born on December 4… Son of Sharon and Scott Woska... He plans to major in Business.
