Sophomore (2022): 

• 2022 UAA Fall All-Academic Honors
• Competed in four meets for the Eagles this season
• Registered a season-best time of 23:10 at the Paul Short Run taking 157th out of 383 runners
• Also raced at the UAB Classic with a time of 23:38 to finish 50th out of 149 athletes
• Took 14th at the Julius Johnson Invitational in the 5k wth a time of 19:57
• Competed in the 4k at the JSU Foothills Invitational placing 25th with a time of 15:31

Freshman (2021):

Competed in three meets… Season-best time came at the UAB Classic where she registered a 24:54 to come in 101^st out of 151 runners… Performed well at the Converse Kickoff (26:25) where she placed 107^th in the field of 208 runners… Also competed at the 5k Alexander Asics Invitational (20:32) where she finished in 110^th.

High School:
Ran cross country for four seasons and was a track team member for two and one-half campaigns while at Glenbrook North High School ... Was coached by Bob Leblanc and Lori Gonzalez ... Top mark in the 800 meters was a 2:21 ... Posted a 17:03 in the three-mile run ... MVP of the cross country team all four years ... Track and field MVP as a sophomore and senior ... Also competed on the basketball team.

Personal:
Daughter of Bruce and Debbie Sandlow ... Born Aug. 25 ... Plans to major in biology.
