The Emory University men's cross country team has been recognized by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) for excellence both in the classroom and on the running trails during the 2014 season by earning the organization's All-Academic Team Award.

The Eagles of Head Coach John Curtin completed fall term with a team cumulative GPA of 3.57 and were one of 152 Division III programs to earn recognition, with its GPA tying as the sixth highest. To be eligible, a school must have compiled a minimum 3.10 team cumulative GPA and competed in five different meets with at least five runners representing their school at each.

Six Emory men's runners found their way on the USTFCCCA Men's All-Academic Team – freshman Jordan Flowers (Dunwoody, GA), senior Alex Fleischhacker (San Diego, CA), sophomore Austin Hunt (Bentonville, AR),  senior Tyler Cooke (Atlanta, GA), junior Lukas Mees (Marion, IA) and sophomore Grant Murphy (Hillsborough, CA)
