    Senior Charlie Meade helped the Eagles to a first-place finish at the NCAA South/Southeast Regional Championships last weekend. Meade paced the Emory pack and finished third overall out of 174 runners with an 8K time of 26:38.

    Senior Barri Levinson helped the Eagles to a first-place finish out of eight squads at the Quaker Invitational. Levinson led the Emory pack and crossed the finish line in second place out of 68 entries with an 8K time of 27:04.

    Senior Tommy Fyffe turned in a sterling effort in keying the Eagles to a first-place performance out of seven teams at the Jacksonville State Foothills Invitational. Despite contending with muddy and sloppy conditions, Fyffe led the team and the 74-runner field with a personal-best 8K time of 24:34, which also represents the second-fastest 8k time on record in school history.

Meade’s effort helped the No. 16-ranked Eagles to a third-place finish out of 35 teams at one of the premier cross country competitions in the nation.

    Senior Tommy Fyffe turned in a sterling performance in helping the Eagles' men's cross country team to a second-place finish at the Sewanee Invitational. Fyffe topped the 123-runner field with an 8K time of 25:36. His performance spearheaded an Emory performance that saw it place three runners among the top eight finishers.
