    (Soccer) Emory University junior goalkeeper Erica Stein played a scoreless first half in goal during the fifth-ranked Eagles 1-0 double-overtime loss to 20th-ranked Williams College in the round of 16 of the NCAA Division III Women’s Soccer Championships. Stein made a pair of saves on long shots during the first half, en route to her 18th scoreless appearance through 20 games in 2011.

    (Soccer – Defense) Emory University center back Lauren Gorodetsky played all 180 minutes of the Eagles’ two shutout victories in the NCAA Tournament last weekend, helping limit opposing teams to a combined four shots, only one of which was on goal.

    (Soccer – Offense) Emory University junior Merrill Bachouros scored three goals over two NCAA Tournament games last weekend, leading the fifth-ranked Eagles to the round of 16. During Saturday night’s 3-0 win over Piedmont College, Bachouros scored the game-winning goal in the 50th minute, and followed with an insurance goal just over two minutes later.

    (Swimming) Emory University freshman Michelle York recorded two NCAA ‘B’ cut times during the Emory Fall Invitational last weekend. York finished third in the 200-yard butterfly with a time of 2:08.14, good for a provisional mark.

    (Soccer – Offense) Emory University senior Lidija Barauskas scored the game-winning goal during the fifth-ranked Eagles 2-0 win over Carnegie Mellon University on Saturday. Barauskas gave the Eagles a 1-0 lead with an unassisted goal in the 63rd minute.

    (Soccer – Defense) Emory University senior Claire Rubel helped the fifth-ranked Eagles match a program record with their 14th shutout of the season, besting Carnegie Mellon University 2-0 on Saturday. She played all 90 minutes of the match at center back for the Eagles, helping hold the Tartans scoreless on eight shots, only five of which were on goal.

    (Soccer – Offense) Emory University freshman Dylan Price scored both goals during the Eagles’ comeback win over New York University on Sunday. Trailing 1-0 in the 81st minute, Price headed in a long throw-in to tie the match at a goal apiece.

    (Soccer – Offense) Emory University sophomore Kelly Costopoulos scored the game-winning goal in overtime against New York University, clinching the University Athletic Association (UAA) Championship for the fifth-ranked Eagles. During Sunday’s 3-2 overtime win against NYU, Costopoulos scored her second career ‘golden goal’ in the 97th minute of play on a shot from the near side of the box.

Stein earned the victory in the Eagles’ 3-0 win over Brandeis University on Friday, making one save during a scoreless first half.

    (Soccer – Offense) Emory University freshman Emily Feldman scored both of the sixth-ranked Eagles’ goals during the team’s 2-0 win over Berry College on Saturday afternoon. Feldman gave the Eagles a 1-0 lead in the 33rd minute, heading in a rebound from a Kelly Costopoulos shot that went off the crossbar.

    (Soccer – Defense) Emory University sophomore Clare Mullins played all 90 minutes of the sixth-ranked Eagles’ shutout victory over Berry College on Saturday, helping limit the Vikings to just three shots on goal. The defender assisted in holding Berry to just 10 total shots in the game, en route to the team’s 12th shutout through 14 games this season.

    (Soccer – Offense) Emory University freshman Emily Feldman assisted on both game-winning goals during a pair of University Athletic Association (UAA) wins last weekend. During a 1-0 win over 22nd-ranked Case Western Reserve University, Feldman took a shot that was deflected by the Spartan’s goalkeeper and collected by another Emory player, who was able to score the goal.

    (Soccer – Defense) Emory University sophomore all-American Lauren Gorodetsky led an Eagles backfield that allowed just two shots on goal during a pair of University Athletic Association (UAA) road shutout wins last weekend. Against 22nd-ranked Case Western Reserve University, Gorodetsky and the Emory backline limited the Spartans to four total shots, only two of which were on goal, during a 1-0 win.

In a non-conference matchup against Agnes Scott College on Wednesday, Butker led the Eagles to a 6-0 win, assisting on the game-winning goal in the second minute and another goal in the 21st minute, while scoring one of her own in the 21st minute of play as well.

During a 2-0 win over Thomas University, Bachouros and the Eagles backline allowed just one shot during her 66 minutes of play.

During a 2-0 win on Saturday over Roanoke College, Feldman scored an insurance goal in the 71st minute to secure the victory for the Eagles.
